Known Issues:
============================================================
Windows 2000
   -Before removing the driver, uninstall the e-mobility
    Wireless LAN Utilities is highly recommended.

Windows ME
  - if you hot-swap the adapter, when the adapter is
    reinserted, the Utilities tools will not bind or "see"
    the adapter.
NicUpdate is not supported for PCI in this version

Using a 2.x Software and MU firmware with a e-mobility 802.11b PC
or e-mobility 802.11b PCI Adapter
============================================================
To upgrade your MU firmware follow these simple steps:

1. Install the 2.2 e-mobility Wireless LAN Driver and Adapter. Reboot.
2. Install the 2.2 e-mobility Wireless LAN. Reboot.
3. Use NICUpdate to upgrade the firmware in your adapter to 2.2.x.x

CAUTION: Do NOT use 2.0 tools to attempt a firmware upgrade
to your 2.x Adapter. The 2.2 NICUpdate will not allow you to
downgrade your firmware in a 2.0 adapter.

How to run batch programs
============================================================
To run a program (with .bat or .exe extension):

From Windows, just double click on the file. From the command
prompt, type in the file's name and press ENTER.

To install the Wireless LAN utilities, run the Setup.exe file from the
Wireless LAN folder.

Driver Installation:
============================================================
We strongly recommend that you install the e-mobility driver prior
to installing the Wireless LAN. This is required for Windows 2000
users. Windows 2000 users must install the driver before the Wireless
LAN to ensure the tools can see the Wireless adapter.

We also recommend that you reboot your system after installing
the driver or the Wireless LAN.

Installing the Driver from the CD:
   Windows (NT4.0 / 98 / 95):
	If you are installing the driver into a WinNT or Win9x
	based machine, point the path for the driver into the
	ROOT of the CD (ie. if your CD-ROM is the D drive, then
	browse for "d:\"). This installs the NDIS4 version of
	the driver.

   Win 2000:
	If you are installing the driver into a Win 2000 based
	machine, point the path for the driver into the ROOT of
	the CD (ie. if your CD-ROM is the D drive, then browse
	for "d:\"). This installs the NDIS5 version of the driver
	for Windows 2000.

   Win 98 NDIS5:
	Windows 98 supports both NDIS4 and NDIS5. The default CD
	ROM installation installs the NDIS4 driver for Win98. If
	you want to install the NDIS5 version into a Win98 machine,
	simply use the path "d:\ndis5" instead of the CD ROM root
	directory.

You may also create driver installation diskettes that may be more
convienient than the CD ROM for driver installation. To create a
driver diskette, insert a formatted diskette into the "A" drive and
run one of the following batch files:

	1) Win98_2K.bat to create an NDIS5 driver disk for Win98 and
	   Win2000 Use the diskette's root "a:\" (no quotes) as the
	   path.

	2) WinAll.bat to create an NDIS4 driver disk for Win95,
	   Win98 and WinNT4.0. As well as an NDIS5 version for Win2000
	   and Win98. To use the NDIS4 version for Win95, Win98 and
	   WinNT4.0 as well as the NDIS5 version of Win2000 point the
	   path for the driver into the ROOT of the diskette. If you
	   want to install the NDIS5 version into a Win98 based machine,
	   you must use the path "a:\ndis5"
